All 33 remaining employees have been laid off. More had been let go previously, as the work dried up.
The group includes GAJ Holdings, GAJ Construction and GAJ Planned and Reactive Maintenance. Together they turned over £18.5m in 2009.
The company is now in the hands of administrators from RSM Tenon, the same firm that was called in to Tipton-based Image Styles last week.
The 33 employees laid off by administrators worked for GAJ Construction. The staff of GAJ (Holdings) and GAJ Planned and Reactive Maintenance were let go before the firm was placed in administration.
The three GAJ companies together turned over £18.5m in 2009.
