The 11-acre site will have 1,150 new homes, 210,000 sq ft of offices and approximately 60,000 sq ft of retail, leisure and community facilities around an urban square.

Brickfields forms part of the White City Opportunity Area, a large area of land identified as a key strategic location for regeneration by Hammersmith & Fulham Council and the Mayor of London.

Helical Bar development director Matthew Bonning-Snook said, “This is a major step forward in realising the potential of this significantly underutilised brownfield site. The Eric Parry designed masterplan seeks to properly integrate this scheme with the other emerging projects within the White City Opportunity Area, providing a cohesive vision for the regeneration of the area. This also represents the achievement of a key milestone in the group’s development objectives.”
