A statement posted on the company’s website says: “Stephen Clancy and Steven Muncaster of Duff & Phelps Ltd were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 22 January 2013. The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators who act as agents for the Company and without personal liability. Both are licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association.”
