By paying an annual fee to NAI Global, Haywards can now draw on the resources and expertise of other member companies around the world. It can present itself to clients as a global player.

Haywards LLP remains under the same management and ownership, but will now trade as NAI Haywards and has exclusive rights to the network in the UK.

Established in 1992, Haywards is a specialist in occupier solutions and workplace consultancy, and provider of a broad range of property services from strategy to ongoing management.  It serves clients across the UK and Europe from its offices in London (020 7101 0200) and the Thames Valley (01494 488 493).

US-based NAI Global bills itself as “the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms and one of the largest real estate services providers worldwide”.

Haywards founder and managing partner Nick Cook said: “Corporate clients and investors are weary. They want advisors who take ownership and are accountable, spending clients’ money as if it were their own to secure the best return on investment.  This commitment to getting the best results for the client sits at the heart of Haywards LLP and NAI Global, making us perfect partners.

“By becoming part of the NAI Global network, NAI Haywards will be able to call on 5,000 commercial property professionals, in 350 offices across 55 countries.  This union will enable us to provide a broader range of services and expertise to support our clients’ needs, whether these are local, European or global,” he added.
