As previously reported, the Warrington-based company went administration earlier this month.
The new company, Hember Plant Hire (2010), is run by some of the previous management team and has taken back on all 32 employees.
The procedure was handled by insolvency practitioners Leslie Ross and Matthew Dunham of Grant Thornton.
The last filed accounts for Hember Plant Hire show that it made a pre-tax loss of £85,159 on sales of £4.4m in the year to 30 April 2009.
