Hill International picked to manage $140m Lebanon tower

5 May 11 Hill International has won a contract from Benchmark Development to provide project management services for the $140m (£85m) Beirut Terraces residential tower in Lebanon.

The three-and-a-half-year contract has an estimated value to Hill of approximately $1.6 million. This 27-story high-rise tower, designed by Herzog & de Meuron, will have a built-up area of 60,000m2 and 131 luxury apartments.

The units will feature contemporary, spacious 'terraces' that create a flow of exterior space that is being dubbed a ‘vertical village’.
