The contract is billed as worth anything from £20k to £200m.
Efficiency East Midlands Limited (EEM) is a new consortia of 17 affordable housing landlords operating predominately in the East Midlands area.
They have banded together for the purposes of purchasing efficiency and have published a contract noticefor “the provision of the demolition of low, medium and high rise dwellings as and when required”.
