IC Ingenieur Consult is now part of Hyder Germany
The acquisition is designed to enhance Hyder’s presence in the property sector and add to its competencies in mechanical, electrical and plumbing consultancy, which it sees as increasingly important future market in design and engineering.
IC Ingenieur Consult’s current projects include the planning and design of technical building equipment for the Squaire at Frankfurt Airport. Its 30 employees are mostly based in Frankfurt am Main, with small offices in Berlin and Dresden.
From 1 June, IC Ingenieur Consult will be named Hyder Consulting IC and the company will be fully integrated into Hyder Consulting GmbH Deutschland on 1 April 2012.
