Running through to next year, the framework will re-format Nationwide’s branches.
The building society is a new customer for ISG.
Kevin Dengate, ISG’s managing director for retail banking and shopfitting, said: “Nationwide is the world’s largest building society and securing a place on this framework adds to our portfolio of retail financial sector clients. The face to face experience remains a key element of Nationwide’s customer commitment and this latest infrastructure investment reinforces the building society’s high street ambitions.”
ISG has already refurbished branches in Rugby and Milton Keynes ahead of the main roll out across the UK. ISG will carry out all elements of the fit out, from carpets to light fittings but also including the project management of IT and installation of replacement ATMs.
