Cadmus Court in Surrey Quays, part of the new Marine Wharf development, will be the home to Keepmoat’s London Regeneration arm and its 200 employees.
Divisional director Gary Clay said that Keepmoat already had a strong presence in the area, working on Southwark Council’s major works framework.
He said: “Although the Southwark office will primarily be used by London Regeneration, it is hoped that the office will act as a London hub for any of Keepmoat’s 3,250 employees to visit. We’ll also be able to host training sessions here for all Keepmoat employees. Cadmus Court is the only established office in London and we look forward to growing our base here and becoming part of the local community.”
