Lee will be helping to establish Kier Living’s housing offering in Wales. He brings a wealth of experience with him, having worked on many housing projects in Wales including the award-wining affordable housing development for Wales & West Housing Association in St Athan in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Commenting on his appointment, Lee said: “Kier Living is a fast growing part of the Kier business and I am really looking forward to working with the team and focusing my energies on developing much-needed housing projects in Wales.”
Lee has over 24 years’ experience in the industry and for the last 10 has concentrated on housing developments including open market sale, regeneration, multi-storey and mixed tenure projects. He has also has won five Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards, demonstrating his commitment to community engagement and ensuring good relationships are developed and maintained.
Kier Living regional manager John Titcombe added: “We are delighted to welcome Lee to Kier Living. His experience will be invaluable – particularly his background in South Wales - but also across all our housing projects in the south-west of England.”
