The Irish producer of building panels and components announced in November that it had agreed a €120m deal with CRH.
The bits of the business now firmly in Kingspan’s hands are the European polyisocyanuarate business and the Dutch expanded polystyrene and roofing elements business of CRH. Completion of the acquisition of the remaining businesses is expected in the next few weeks.
