K&T Heating Services will provide domestic gas servicing, repair and installation work for Tower Hamlets Homes, which looks after 11,500 tenanted properties for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
The contract term is capped at 10 years, starts on 1st April 2022 and is expected to generate sales revenue of £20m over the full term.
K&T Heating Services managing director David Greenfield said: "K&T Heating has maintained a long and respected history of working within east London and to be able to expand upon an already strong geographical presence is an exciting opportunity for us all. During our early business years [the company started in 2004], K&T Heating delivered gas safety and repair services across the borough and it fills me with pride that we have been awarded this opportunity to service these communities once again."
