Peabody homes are spread across 26 London boroughs, though most are in Hackney, Hammersmith & Fulham, Islington, Lambeth, Southwark, Wandsworth and Westminster.
As part of the contract, Lakeside will conduct surveys on some of the stock and update the asset register. It will carry out planned preventative maintenance and repairs and bring the properties up to the Decent Homes standard. It will also carry out Green Deal works.
The majority of homes are located in 1,500 blocks of flats, although there are also 1,180 houses spread across its 181 estates and 2,690 street houses.
