The separation, which comes after just 14 months, is described as ‘amicable’.
Termination of the agreement officially came into effect on 1 March 2012, after both companies concluded that the current business model was ‘no longer suitable to support future market developments’.
Snorkel will now take over full responsibility for the product and technical support on existing Snorkel and Upright machines, but Leach Lewis will continue to serve its current customers and the industrial sector.
