He will be supported by Alan Vaux, who has been appointed as Construction Manager, and David Pengelly, who takes on the new role of Technical & Commercial Manager.
As the senior management team, they will be leading a very motivated and successful existing team and a business which is in good health, with a solid 2011 order book.

Leadbitter’s South West Housing division specialises in the construction of extra care, sheltered, affordable and low-cost open market sale housing, including all forms of mixed tenure. The division has forged strong links with registered providers and local authorities and has an excellent record of working both in and with communities throughout Devon, Somerset and Cornwall.
In addition, the division offers land development expertise to create joint venture opportunities and is able to deliver value to clients through the HCA’s Delivery Partner Panel, of which Leadbitter is a member.
