Leeds contractors join forces

Both companies are based in Leeds.

Greenwoods provides facilities and maintenance services to the Yorkshire commercial property sector and turns over £500k a year. Managing director Geoff Lister is a former national president of the Federation of Master Builders. He now becomes a director of RFM.

RFM employs more than 200 people from offices in Leeds, London and Edinburgh.

Greenwoods will retain its name and sit under the newly rebranded RFM Group umbrella alongside its interiors and facilities divisions. The acquisition is part of a growth plan by RFM, which aims to treble Greenwoods turnover in the next two years.

The company has built up a solid reputation in the region and its impressive client base will be a welcome addition to our portfolio. 2012 has already started well for us and we are optimistic for the year ahead.
