The new regional office will cover Guildford and the wider Surrey and Sussex regions - making a major contribution to the area’s economy and creating jobs.
An award-winning house builder, the company previously covered the area from its base in Caterham Surrey. However, with Guildford presenting a number of exciting opportunities, the group decided to establish a more permanent base in the town with a dedicated office and team.

We are confident that having a regional office in Guildford will help us to continue and grow the business throughout the wider Surrey and Sussex regions.”
The creation of the new Guildford division comes as part of an initiative to significantly increase the size of the group’s house building business.
Galliford Try’s strategy for success, now well under way, is reliant on growing the group’s land bank and making good use of the £119.3 million of additional funding raised under the 2009 rights issue. Linden Homes Guildford has been created as part of the expanded group infrastructure that is being established so sales can be increased to over 3,000 homes in 2012.
