The framework has a total value of up to £300 million.
As a framework member, Lovell will provide construction services including designing and building new homes to assist with meeting bpha’s strategic growth ambitions.

The framework covers eastern, central and southern England. “Lovell has extensive development experience with the ability to maximise the full potential of schemes, from small rural developments to large-scale urban regeneration projects,” says Lovell managing director Stewart Davenport. “We look forward to using that expertise to deliver high-quality housing developments in partnership with bpha.”
