The £5.1m brownfield development in Eastcote Lane will create 38 one- and two-bedroom apartments and five three- and four-bedroom houses.
Homes will be built to Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes with energy-saving features including photovoltaic roof panels. Work is set to start this spring with completion in autumn 2014.
Lovell has recently built two other smaller housing schemes for Ealing Council: a 15-home development at High Lane, Hanwell, and 10 homes at Dabbs Hill Lane in Northolt.
