The assessment took place at Mace’s office in Atlanta. Projects for clients including Porsche North America and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield were evaluated by independent assessor BSi. The assessment for North America noted the impressive way that Mace’s management systems are embedded and support the North America team in delivering its projects. Mace said that the credentials and knowledge of its project managers were also noted, with particular comment on on their consistency of process, enthusiasm for their work and commitment to their customers. Mace has four hub offices in the USA – Atlanta, New York, Chicago and San Francisco.
Brian McNeese, managing director for project management, North America said: “I believe this is an important achievement in the early days of our growth in the region. To have projects critiqued in each of the four regions says a lot about the progress we have made and the commitment we have to ensuring delivery consistency.”
