Awarded through the ProCure21 Framework, the contract involves improvements to mental health facilities through the extension and refurbishment of existing acute wards. Designed by P+HS Architects the project will achieve a BREEAM “Very Good” rating.
Mansell are working with Furness Enterprise to maximise opportunities for local people and organisations.
Enabling works will begin in January and the project is expected to complete in May 2012.
