Currently 96% of employees have a CSCS card and the team is on target to achieve 100% compliance in the next couple of months. To ensure this milestone the business unit has been working with Salford City College to ensure all site operatives fulfil an NVQ Level 2 and all site managers complete an NVQ Level 3.
