The four-year national partnering framework has been split into three price bands, across 28 separate geographic lots. Mansell has successfully secured a place on all price bands and geographic lots.
The Riverside Partnership Framework currently comprises a number of housing associations including Vicinity Group, Regenda Group, Progress Housing, Venture Housing, Contour Housing and Twin Valley.
Mansell’s Affordable Housing Director, Marcus Keys, said, “We are delighted to have been chosen by the Riverside Partnership to create much needed high quality homes across the country. This builds on Mansell’s existing relationship with Riverside, we have worked together for the last five years on the £60 million Sandwell Housing PFI programme.”
