Blackberry Lane in Stockport comprises the design and build of eight homes for Stockport Homes. Efficient construction processes will ensure the properties are delivered according to the programme of works.
A £1.6 million contract in Northumberland Street in Liverpool will provide 16 new homes for Plus Dane Group, procured through a framework agreement.
Guinness Northern Counties has appointed Mansell to design and build five new homes in Wast Water Street in Oldham.
All of the properties will be constructed using timber frames and will be built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3.
Work at Wast Water Street has recently started on site, Northumberland Street will commence in July 2011.
