The timber framed homes will comprise six two-bed and three three-bed homes and will be built to Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
The contract was secured through the Improvement and Efficiency South East(IESE) Framework.
Work will start on site this month and is due for completion by the end of 2011.
