The contract involves improvements to the ground floor reception rooms, construction of new entrance areas and reception, together with the formation of new kitchens and toilets.
The works to this prominent building are in preparation for events which will be held by the Canadian Government during the 2012 Olympic Games.
Work is due to start on site this month and complete in March 2012.
