The West Midlands Highways and Civils Minor Works Construction Framework Agreement is expected to start as soon as July 2012 and run for four years.
Work is divided into three lots: projects below £50k in value, projects between £50k and £500K, and projects worth more than £500k.
The seven local authority partners that comprise Centro are: Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall and Wolverhampton.
