The two-storey building will comprise office space, classrooms and workshops serviced by a six tonne overhead gantry crane. Construction of a service yard and access road, together with external parking will complete the contract.
Environmental elements of the project include tree protection orders, implementation of grey water recycling and surface water attenuation using a geocell system.
Work has recently started on site and will complete in October 2011.
