Reporting to Linden Homes’ divisional managing director Greg Locke – a former colleague – Mr Carpinelli will oversee the development of the new regional operation, which covers a broad area including Oxfordshire, northern Hampshire, Wiltshire and Buckinghamshire.
Mr Carpinelli has worked in the housebuilding industry for nearly 30 years, managing operations across the South of England.
He said: “I am absolutely delighted to be given the opportunity to work with Linden Homes, which has a strong reputation for bespoke quality. It is an added bonus to once again be working with Greg Locke, for whom I have great respect and a lengthy working relationship.
Linden Homes has also appointed Peter Carr as company solicitor.He has chaired the House Builders Federation (HBF) Lawyers Group for the last five years and was previously legal director at Taylor Wimpey. Before that, he was legal director at David Wilson Homes from 1996 until 2007, when the Wilson Bowden group merged with Barratt Developments.
