Pat Boyle was head of Lend Lease’s public sector construction business. Before that, he was with Laing and Laing O’Rourke.
At Morgan Sindall he will report to managing director Graham Shennan.
Morgan Sindall is one of five divisions of Morgan Sindall Group plc.
