Russell Fitzjohn, who joined the company as general manager in 2001, has taken on the role of operations director of the civil engineering business.
Mark Taylor, financial controller for the past year, has joined the board as group finance director.
Managing director Daniel Danaher said: “Russell and Mark both have a huge amount of knowledge and experience and I’m delighted to welcome them onto the board of directors. The construction industry appears to be coming out of recession and there are opportunities for growth. We see these appointments as an important part of our strategy to grow the business.”
