He was previously a divisional director of Elliott Modular.
He takes over from Rick Barnett and is based at Eve’s offices in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
Eve was taken over by A-Plant fo £28m in May 2013.
Mr Quinn said: “I am delighted to be joining Eve at such an important point in its history and I am very much looking forward to developing the company further, building upon and adding to the successes that have been enjoyed so far. Eve is currently in a fantastic position and is a credit to its previous owners. I am confident that its ambitious growth plans can be realised through the continued dedication of its staff and the additional support and investment from A-Plant.”
