Mr Godley is a previous Docklands Light Railway chief for Serco and spent 2011 and 2012 as head of track and civils at Tube Lines.
At Keltbray, Mr Godley reports to the managing director for rail and infrastructure, Phill Price, who said: “David joins the company at a time of tremendous growth, and we look forward to benefiting from his collaborative and innovative approach. He has hit the ground running thanks to his wide experience and excellent track record from various senior roles in organisations, including Serco, Amey, Carillion and Transport for London.”
The former managing director for Keltbray Aspire, Peter Gray, has moved over to take on a business and staff development within Keltbray Aspire.
