Clients of Babcock’s £75m-turnover overhead line power business include National Grid, Scottish Power Energy Networks and Western Power Distribution.
M Group Services has rebranded the business as Morrison Energy Services.
The acquisition completed on 24th December 2021.

This is M Group Services’ 15th acquisition since December 2016. The group is majority owned by private equity firm PAI Partners.
