Kate Rees, based at Lovell’s regional office in Gwaelod-y-Garth, Cardiff, has been promoted from regional sales manager to head of the region’s team.
Lovell’s schemes in the region include the company’s appointment by the Tirion Group to build homes on a former paper mill site in Cardiff, creating a £100m new urban village, and the second phase of the £28m Loftus Garden Village development in Newport, for Seren Group. It also has housing refurbishment contracts with the Vale of Glamorgan Council and Bristol City Council.
Kate Rees said it was a “time of considerable expansion for Lovell in South Wales and the southwest”.
