WDF will replace boilers at Pelham Parkway Houses and boilers and hot water heaters at Sotomayor Houses.
The combined contract value is approximately US$101m (£76m).
Work on both projects is expected to begin in the middle of this year with substantial completion anticipated by mid-2022.
