North Yorks stays local for building maintenance

2 Feb 11 Tom Willoughby Ltd has won a £30m building maintenance framework contract from North Yorkshire County Council. The contractor is based in Northallerton, the same town where the county council has its offices.

The contract is for three years, with an option to extend it by a further year.

Tom Willoughby is providing a 24-hour, year-round call out service across 900 buildings owned or managed by the Council.

The framework agreement is also be available for use by all Yorkshire and Humber contracting authorities, including government departments and their agencies, NHS bodies, local authorities and schools.
