The move sees the creation of a single company with two complimentary specialist divisions – Boss managers the paperwork of subcontractors while Sprite focuses on services to recruitment agencies.
Surrey-based Boss, trading for eight years, handles administration for more than 700 clients across a range of sectors. Sprite was established in Reading in 2008.
Boss Group finance director Lorraine Crinson becomes managing director of Sprite Services. She said: “By combining our subcontracting expertise with Sprite Services’ extensive agency experience, we can now offer clients two specialist services under the Boss Group brand. It’s a great platform for future growth and we are very pleased to welcome Sprite Services into the Boss group of companies.”
