The developer has submitted plans to redevelop Gregory’s Bank industrial estate in Worcester into a high quality residential scheme overlooking the Worcester & Birmingham Canal.
The proposed 16 acre development, a mile from Worcester city centre, will provide up to 170 homes.
St Modwen senior planning surveyor Mike Timmins said the scheme would “bring a semi-vacant urban brownfield site back into beneficial use in a manner that is in keeping with its setting”.
