The council has issued an open invitation for tenders from suitably experienced organisations who wish to bid for the work at Tara Park Traveller Site in Malton.
It is seeking to enter into a design and build Contract for the refurbishment of eight amenity buildings and the construction of seven new units, including groundworks, drainage, hardstandings, landscaping, fencing, construction, services and fitting out.
Interested parties must apply for tender documents by 26 January 2013. Tender documents will be issued on 28 January 2013 and must be submitted by 12 noon on 25 February 2013. The successful contractor will be required to start on site no later than 20 March 2013.
