The company, established in 1996, had worked for a host of major contractors, including Amec, Sir Robert McAlpine, Carillion, Wates, Kier, Hochtief, Interserve and Costain.

Based in Canterbury, Kent, many of its employees had been with the firm since the beginning.

Neil Vinnicombe and Jon Beard of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP were appointed administrators to the company on 5 February 2013.
