Severn Trent Water has a planned inspection, maintenance and cleaning regime for its various digestion plants around the country, which requires safe access.
Altrad NSG commercial director Rob Trotter said: “These units provide technical challenges due to their conical dome shape. However, Severn Trent Water recognised our experience and expertise with projects similar to this, and particularly within the power generation and petrochemical sectors. We are excited about developing an on-going partnership with Severn Trent Water and look forward to exploring further potential projects within their portfolio.”
Deeside-based NSG was acquired by French multi-national Altrad in 2011.
Mr Trotter said that Altrad was continuing to look for further UK acquisitions and growth opportunities.
