The company has signed a contract worth NOK 288 M (£31m) for the construction of the Lerkendal Studentby student housing, which will meet the passive house standard for environmental efficiency.
Construction will begin this month of the 612 apartments near the Lerkendal stadium in Trondheim. The client is Studentskipnaden.
