The work, which is for an existing confidential client, will be carried out by Skanska USA Building, which is one of four Skanska USA business units.
The others are Skanska USA Civil, Skanska Infrastructure Development and Skanska Commercial Development. Skanska USA has approximately 8,300 employees and its 2012 revenues were SEK37.3bn (£3.8bn).
