The company expanded into the UK market in 2013. New construction subcontractors are needed for several other projects that are now being planned in Slovakia and in the UK, mainly in the London area.
UK Trade & Investment said that the company inviting applications specialises in the Central and eastern European commercial property sectors. It has also established a presence also in the UK and Turkey. It manages the whole development process from acquisition, through design, construction, rental and asset management.
An opportunity has arisen for UK specialist construction subcontractors who focus on:
- heating/cooling, ventilation;
- fire alarm and sprinkler systems;
- high and low voltage electrical systems;
- steel supplies
- concrete supplies;
- architecture
The developer is also looking for:
- façade specialists
- health & safety advisers (on British construction);
- foreign employee advisers.
