The organisation said that moving to a framework procurement system will deliver “real benefits in efficiencies and cost reductions this approach can deliver through economies of scale, reduced administration, reduced timescales for project delivery and raising quality of provision”.
The work, worth up to £15m, involves the construction, or the design and construction, of full size artificial grass sports pitches, multi use games areas, outdoor court and other synthetic sports surfaces in locations across England.The scope of design and works includes drainage, fencing, lighting, sports marking, and access for use and maintenance/repair.
