Smollett has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, having previously held various senior commercial roles within national housebuilders and specialist contractors. Bringing significant experience to the company, he has particular expertise in the development of specialist sub contract products for sustainability and off-site construction.
In his new role, Smollett will be responsible for the company’s commercial and procurement activities across the UK.

Also new to the company is Paul Tappin, who takes up the role of Business Development Manager for Wales, the West and South West of England.
Paul brings with him extensive technical knowledge in timber frame construction and has almost 30 years of experience in the construction industry. With a considerable period of his career spent in the timber frame industry, Paul will be responsible for developing relationships with developers, contractors and RSLs and generating new sales in the area.
