The contractor will work with John Cobb Consulting to bring two floors that provide 80,000 square foot of space up to CAT A standard.
Chief operating officer Mike Hart said: “This fit-out is exactly how we can bring our skills and experience to enhance a client’s commercial space to attract high quality tenants. We have a successful track record for schemes of this kind, and look forward to working with LGP and John Cobb Consulting to increase the potential of rentable space at 4 The Square.”
The project should complete in July and comes as Willmott Dixon Interiors finishes its largest ever fit-out, the £10m transformation of a seven-storey building for the London School of Economics at Lincoln Inn Fields.
