Szerelmey, has won a £580,000 contract for new stone and brick façades as part of the reconfiguration of the old Serjeants Inn just off Fleet Street, London, into a new hotel for the Apex Hotel Group.

As part of the contract Szerelmey will install associated backing structures as well as Portland stone and handmade brick cladding to the building’s façade. Szerelmey will also install granite paving and hard landscaping features and will carry out restoration work to the retained elevations of the development.

Work is being undertaken for the client Apex Hotels. Tolent Construction is the main contractor and Ian Springford Architects are the architects on the project. Work should be completed in the autumn. The new Apex Temple Court Hotel is set to open in 2012.
